Hi, I’m Lanie, and I’m so glad you’re here!
First and foremost, I am a Christian. My faith is the foundation of everything I do, and it shapes how I approach life, my work, and the way I interact with others. This website is a reflection of who I am – a space where I share my journey, my passions, and my thoughts on a variety of topics.
What You’ll Find Here
- Faith and Life: Reflections on Christianity and how it guides me through life with multiple disabilities.

A Bit About Me
I’m a 32-year-old Christian woman who is totally blind, autistic, and living with multiple health conditions. Despite these challenges, I’m determined to live a full and purposeful life. I’m currently studying programming through freeCodeCamp.org and Braille proofreading with the NFB. My ultimate goal is to create a nonprofit organization that supports people with multiple disabilities by connecting them to resources, education, assistive technology, and community.
When I’m not coding or advocating for accessibility, you might find me:
- Gaming (I enjoy accessible games like word puzzles, RPGs, and MUDs)
- Swimming
- Reading sci-fi, fantasy, thrillers, or mysteries
- Planning an accessible garden filled with fruits, vegetables, and herbs
Stay Connected
This site is for anyone who wants to learn about accessibility, follow my programming journey, or connect with someone navigating life with faith and resilience. Every post is an opportunity to share something new – if one topic doesn’t resonate with you, the next one just might!
I hope you’ll join me as we explore faith, technology, advocacy, and life together. Let’s work toward making the world – digital and physical – more inclusive for everyone!
